Blue Badge Parking Information

Using The Blue Badge Scheme

For people who are hard of hearing

There is an induction loop in operation at the Box Office and the kiosk. The auditorium has an infra red system that transmits sounds from the stage to a headset at all performances.

For people who are visually impaired

Audio description is a live commentary giving information on the visual aspects of a performance such as set, costumes and action. It is conveyed through a headset that is available from the kiosk with a £2 refundable deposit.

An hour prior to most audio described performances, there is a touch tour of the stage, and then set and costume descriptions over the headsets.

The headsets can be reserved in advance for Audio Described performances when you book tickets.

Each season brochure is also available in large print, e-mail or on CD by request.
